Business Head - Leading IT Education Company

We have an excellent career opportunity with one of our esteemed clients based in Gurgaon.

Our client is an IT training pioneer, offering Learning and Knowledge Solutions to individuals and enterprises all around the world.

Position : Business Head – ICS (Private Schools)

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 15 years and above

Overall Objective: Responsible for continued growth of Individual and Chain School Business Unit (ICS) line with the long term aspirations of School Learning Solutions (SLS) Independent Business Unit (IBU), capture and sustain market leadership by continuously leveraging the opportunities in ICS and uniquely positioning SLS IBU's capabilities.

Responsibilities and Key Tasks:

1. Meet or exceed targets – school market share, order book, Revenue, Profitability and collections across the Zones

2. Set targets and directions for the performances cells within Business, review and support their performance

3. Product Management: Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns, Create Product/service solutions/offerings for schools.

4. Size and exploit the Business potential across the verticals (Premier and channel Segments)

5. To facilitate the school management and leaders to allocate funds for ICT intervention in schools.

6. Develop cost-effective solution architecture to match the fund availability with inputs from the marketing, Product & Delivery
teams.

7. Continuously bring-out profitable channel models.

8. Devise and execute cost-effective plans to build sales funnel on a sustainable basis.

9. Strategize and execute plans to increase market share.

10. To improve customer satisfaction by providing cost effective solutions for upgrade and retentions. Continuously provide feedback to the SLS colleagues and ensure that the Service levels agreements are met.

11. To build relationship between ICS Leaders and all stake holders in the ICS segments on a continuous basis – to provide effective communications to strengthen companys image and SLS capabilities.

12. Attract, Nurture and retain good talent and channels and instill Company's value.


Decision Making Authority:
Full decision making authority within the given P&L, cash flow investment frame work agreed
with the corporate center.

What Would success Look Like in 3 Years:
To improve the performance of the students, Teachers and schools using solutions to retain the leadership in the Individual and Chain Schools.

Key Performance Indicators :

1. Finance: (Global Net Revenue – ICS, EBITDA, Collections)

2. Customer: (Order Intake – ICS-Signed Agreements – (Rs.Mn), Market share of new schools in ICS, Channel profitability)

3. Internal Process: (Funnel management and process, Sales MIS, Marketing plan for SLS, Alternate Channel strategy)

4. Learning & Innovation: (Talent Retention- Attrition, Person training days, Sales productivity)

b) ZHs
c) Delivery Head
d) Territory Heads
e) RSHs
f) FSO/CSO/HRO

Time Allocation :

· 20 % time for Business Planning and Achievement of Targets and Goals – through Marketing Plans , Sales Initiatives

· 30% time for Sales management.

· 30 % Meeting customer, channels prospects and influencer

· 20 % For review, monitoring and workshops
